Snack:
pecan pie luna bar

Lunch:
12 pieces of sashimi
miso soup
iceberg salad with ginger dressing

Dinner:
two pieces of whole grain toast with butter

Lunch:
12 bean vegetable soup

Snack:
1 package of Maple Brown Sugar Cream of Wheat

Dinner at Urs':
3 mini fried chicken cutlets
pasta with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and olive oil
garlic broccoli raab
2 glasses of red wine

Breakfast:
1 avocado guacamole
did you know that 1 avocado has about 24 grams of fat? (le sigh)

Lunch:
12 bean vegetable soup

Dinner:
3 tablespoons of cashew butter

...and four servings of cheesecake pudding

All pudding has been made with fat free milk.

My "fat pants" are starting now to fit. I'm giving myself time to recuperate. Then, starting Monday, back to the strict yoga schedule. I'm really just waiting for my meds to kick in. And I want to do my yoga classes consecutively, that way it doesn't hurt as much.

I've gone through some weird phases of moody, irritated, anxious, grumpy and laughy. Nothing huge and life consuming, but enough to be noticed and distracting.

Ok, I'm going to stop whining and go to bed. But I also want to watch Hana Yori Dango anime. And have a mini tantrum stomping my feet that I don't want to go to bed yet! More Hana Yori Dango!!

2 servings of cookies and cream pudding

Lunch:
tuna melt sandwich
2 servings of french vanilla pudding

Dinner:
2 servings of french vanilla pudding
2 avocados of guacamole with baked tostido scoops

slimfast

2nd Breakfast:
nutrasystem cheese ravioli, it was actually yum

Late Lunch:
butternut squash soup

Dinner:
4 large cookies, thank the lord they are gone now

1/2 of peaches and cream scone
1/2 of apple cinnamon scone
1/2 coffee cake
1/2 chocolate biscotti
small piece of bread pudding-ish french toast
small piece of egg and cheese casserole
2 strawberries
1 glass of orange juice

Lunch:
nutrasystem beef and potato soup

Dinner:
larabar

Snack:
2 malted chocolate filling chocolate cookies of moisty goodness

(Anticipating my fabulously indulgent dinner at the curry club)

nan
salmon tikka
shrimp jhalfrezi curry
malai kabob (chicken in almond sauce)
salty yogurt lassi
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

half a cheese omelette

vodka, one small glass
guacamole with icky applebees nacho chips
1 rainbow cookie

Supermarket Bakery Blueberry Muffin

Lunch:
normal portion of tofu stir fry

Snack:
Chicken and Barley Nutrisystem soup

Dinner:
another muffin
1/3 bottle of Dr. Pepper, like, the 2 liter bottle

I should have gone to yoga instead.
